Shipping
FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150 (an express shipping upgrade is available at checkout for $4.95).
Flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping and $12.95 for express shipping on all orders under $150.
All orders are dispatched with Australia Post within 1-2 business days, often sooner.
Once you're order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your parcel with Australia post.
Pick-up
If you have selected pick up, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. The email will contain the address to collect your order. Please note pick-up is by appointment only.
If you accidentally select pick-up at checkout a postage invoice will be sent to ensure your order is sent to you.
International shipping
Flat rate of:
$15 for shipping to New Zealand
$22 for Singapore
$25 for USA/Canada
$25 for UK
Please note: Mumma bear Nursing Wear does not cover the cost of custom fees/ import duties into international destinations.
For any other international destinations, please contact us and we can provide a shipping quote.
We want you to absolutely love your purchase and have the right fit! We offer exchange, credit or refund on all full price items in accordance with the following conditions:
- Items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or credit. If the return is not received within 14 days of purchase, you may be offered a store credit or exchange subject to availability.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in it's original packaging and with all labels intact
Sale/discounted items:
- Sale items are final sales and unfortunately cannot be returned unless faulty
- Discounted orders (e.g. where a discount code is used at checkout) can only be returned for a credit/exchange and must meet the above conditions

Please note:
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. To ensure the package reaches us, we recommend you use a trackable service.
- If you purchased a pre-order, or you live in areas where postage times can be high (e.g. WA) please contact us if you think you will not be able to return the item within 14 days.
